Step 1: Collect leads

I can make a pretty good guess that your phone isn’t ringing off the hook right now with people asking for facials or medical procedures. You have to go find them. And the method of finding them actually couldn’t be easier.

Our favorite method is running a simple Facebook ad. We run ads for our medical spa that are in many cases, just a few sentences long. You put out a promotion, offer, or giveaway in the form of a well-crafted Facebook ad, showcase some of your best treatment results, send them to a contact page, and have them give you their name, email, and phone number.

You now have a lead.

The ads run 24 hours per day, you now have new leads coming in, you guessed it, 24 hours per day.

Step 2: Contact Leads

So now that the lead has requested more info about the promotion that they saw on the Facebook ad, you simply call, text, or email them explaining to them the details of the promotion.

Step 3: Collect a Reservation Deposit

If you run a giveaway promotion, for example, you call the lead and let them know they’re eligible for a free microdermabrasion session, or you’ll give them one of your lower-priced packages for free, in exchange for a review.

You simply collect a $100-300 refundable reservation fee to reserve their spot. This fee then can go toward bigger and better packages that they will more than likely choose to upgrade to once in your spa. Boom, cash in your pocket today, a new session on the calendar for next week, next month, or whenever they booked it for…

This system honestly sounds too good to be true. But here are just a few results from our clients’ campaigns who are using this EXACT strategy right now.
